Responsibilities
- Drive working sessions with customers to understand and document business and technical
- Faci litate and conduct group trainings Create HME/DME documentation for internal and customer usage.
- Enhance these materials as required for product updates.
- Manage customer escalations through appropriate Brightree channels.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, document, and solve software issues reported by customers.
- Track and report product defects to Support for appropriate resolution .
- Manage the successful implementation of the HME/DME product to Brightree customers.
Requirements

- Experience: Knowledge of software implementations, system workflows, and implementation of best practices. 2+ years’
- experience implementing, project managing or training on healthcare software systems.
- experience implementing forms-based software.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) application and performance criteria.
- experience developing training materials and product reference documentation for healthcare software. Leadership skills including the ability to manage customer expectations and drive project results.
Experience
- Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications. 1 + years of
- experience training users on HME/DME applications. 1+ years of
