You’ll be the person who can zoom in to do the analysis or design work, then zoom out to align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and confidently brief senior leadership.
requirements Run technical decision-making Communicate with confidence Expand into new product adjacencies What you’ll bring (required) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering strongly preferred. 7+ years of hands-on product development / product design experience, with ownership of design Demonstrated project leadership experience—leading cross-functional work, driving timelines, and holding teams accountable to decisions and deliverables.
Strong engineering product design fundamentals Ability to present tradeoffs and recommendations clearly to senior leadership; comfortable operating in a highly visible environment.

PAY RANGE: $101,176.00 - $156,824.00 CULTURE AND
