As an Associate Sales Representative within our Reconstruction business, you will support surgeons in the operating room, develop strong customer relationships, and contribute to driving growth across the Montana territory.
- This is a hands on, field based opportunity ideal for someone competitive, driven, and eager to grow in a fast paced commercial environment covering key accounts across Montana.
- Supporting the Reconstruction sales team across your assigned Montana territory and hospital accounts
- Coordinating surgical cases including scheduling, inventory management and ensuring product availability
- Providing technical support in the operating room by observing procedures and guiding surgical teams on instrumentation and implants
- Collaborating with teammates to execute territory plans and deliver revenue growth
