  • What You'll Be Doing Developing and maintaining relationships with brick and block distributors, contractors, masonry crews, construction companies, and supply yards throughout Northeast Ohio.
  • Selling and promoting packaged cement, mortar mixes, concrete repair products, and related masonry materials.
  • Visiting job sites to understand customer needs, recommend the right cement-based products, and provide technical guidance when needed.
  • Managing a sales territory covering Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Columbus and surrounding areas.
  • Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help grow the company's presence in the region.
  • Meeting monthly sales goals, creating forecast, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Ability to build trust and long term relationships with our distributors, contractors and field professionals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multi-county Northeast Ohio territory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
