Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to optimize plant operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble Lubricate bearings, change parts, or perform other routine crusher, screen and conveyor maintenance Perform repair and maintenance involving inspection, disassembly, overhaul, assembly and adjustments of crushing and screening equipment Start crushers, screens and conveyors to observe mechanical operation and detect problems Maintain safe access of plant area from product spillage with shovels and hoses Inspect
Make repairs to crushers, screens, mechanical feeders, and conveyors Operate Haul Truck and fill in as Haul Truck Operator as needed Train to operate the production plant and fill in as back up Plant Operator What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in various conditions and environments.
experience a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment such as a loader or other plant equipment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
