Contract Document Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Review and process new contract requests by creating contract records, completing required fields, uploading documentation, coordinating approvals, review cycles, compliance checks, and electronic signatures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contract requestors, reviewers, and approvers to ensure timely contract review, execution, and compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Maintain signed contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle by managing amendments, renewals, reminders, and key contractual milestones within the contract management system.
  • Ensure contract documentation is archived accurately, both electronically and physically where required, in accordance with Goodyear's contract governance and compliance policies.
  • Monitor contract administration activities to ensure adherence to internal procedures, compliance requirements, and operational standards while supporting EMEA and, when required, other global regions.

Requirements

  • What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of an additional European language is considered an advantage. Previous
  • experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement support, or document management within a multinational or shared service environment.
  • Experience with contract management systems such as Contract+ (Jaggaer) or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
