Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure that the processes and controls in place to produce returns are compliant with the applicable regulations, to facilitate accurate, complete and timely reporting with appropriate governance.
Prepare regulatory returns for Monzo’s Branch in Spain
Collaborate with the Monzo EU (Ireland based) regulatory reporting team, as well as the UK based Group team, on transfer of best practice and assist with consolidation of Spanish Branch activity in group reporting.

Developing, implementing and maintaining the processes and controls required to document and evidence Monzo’s Regulatory interpretations
experience understanding and operationalising a wide range of regulatory
experience in the large-scale implementation and testing (UAT) of automated reporting solutions such as AXIOM.
You have fluency in Spanish and English Monzo excites you!
📍This role will have a hybrid working model, based in our Madrid office 2 - 3 days a week. You may also be required to travel to some of our other locations/offices, such as Barcelona and Dublin.
