Responsibilities
- Maintain and update operational dashboards; •
- Gather and structure data from Google Analytics and Chartbeat for weekly reports; •
- Support HR and leadership in tracking and administering incentive programs tied to content quality, speed, and engagement goals. What We Expect: •
Requirements
- Actively test new AI tools and features to find ways to streamline daily processes; •
- Help the team with daily AI prompt engineering, sharing tips and tricks to help everyone operate faster; •
- Assist in documenting AI best practices and setting up basic automations to eliminate repetitive tasks; •
- Bachelor's degree in Value Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analysis, or a related field; •
- Experience in process improvement, operations, or data tracking (experience in digital publishing or media is a huge plus); •
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and a high willingness to learn analytical tools (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Looker, Power BI); • Hands-on
- experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in a work, academic, or personal context - not just aware of them, but actually using them to solve problems; •
- Curious, and when faced with a roadblock, your first instinct is to look for solutions yourself (using AI, research, or documentation) rather than waiting to be told; •
