Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve complex/escalated customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner.
Coach, train and mentor Service Techs.

Advanced knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.
High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record; 2 or more years of window installation experience preferred .
Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach.
Basic math skills, legible writing, basic personal computer skills in word and excel PAY RANGE: $27.76 - $41.64 CULTURE AND

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide superior field support on RbA products by performing services.
Service and repair previously installed RbA products.
Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
Keep service area neat and organized; inventory service stock area of warehouse; request material replenishment as needed; provide detailed information to Service RSRs.
Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
