Responsibilities
- Utilize business development skills to successfully uncover revenue expansion and retention opportunities.
- Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes with a high level of professionalism when interacting with our top-tier customers and partners
- Collaborate internally with various teams to coordinate successful outcomes for the customer and impact.com.
- Build, manage, and forecast customer revenue pipelines (including renewals, upsells and cross-sells)
- Solve problems with curiosity and creativity

- Salary Range: $80,000- $100,000 + 25% Variable Commission Plan, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

- As a Renewal Manager, you will have commercial ownership over a portfolio of 200+ accounts.
- Your role is highly collaborative, and you will be working with internal and external partners to grow accounts at the time of renewal, mitigate down sells, drive incremental revenue expansion and execute contract changes throughout the customer lifecycle.
