You’ll also play a key role in shaping our legal infrastructure — maintaining core documents, improving processes, and helping us stay ahead of an evolving regulatory landscape (particularly across data, AI, and international expansion).
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Enable commercial velocity: Efficiently draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts, reducing friction in the sales cycle while protecting Attio’s interests. - Provide pragmatic, business-first guidance: Support teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and People with clear, actionable legal advice that keeps momentum high. - Ensure global compliance: Proactively support compliance across data protection, AI, employment, and corporate
experience obtained across both UK and international settings (particularly the US and Europe). - Startup or scale-up
experience: You’ve worked in-house (or closely with) a fast-moving tech company and understand how to operate in ambiguity.
- Technical and AI fluency: You have a strong interest in leveraging AI and modern tooling to improve legal, and can help the business understand and safely adopt new technologies.
