Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including broker agreements and supplier arrangements as required.
- Support product development and strategic business initiatives.
- Advise on regulatory frameworks (FCA/PRA).
- Advise on and manage contentious legal matters.

- Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with commercial pragmatism.

- Provide expert advice across all areas of insurance including, products, policy wordings, claims, distribution, underwriting and reinsurance.
- Advise on data protection, competition and emerging legal issues affecting the insurance sector.
- experience within the insurance sector.
- experience in group risk insurance products and general insurance products.
- Strong knowledge and technical understanding of insurance law and the group risk market including reinsurance.
