Responsibilities
- Identify upsell / expansion opportunities with existing customers. - Position solutions: Deliver engaging demonstrations and craft tailored proposals that highlight Astro’s value and impact on customer outcomes. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer
Requirements
- Astronomer empowers data teams to bring mission-critical software, analytics, and AI to life and is the company behind Astro, the industry-leading unified DataOps platform powered by Apache Airflow®.
- Astro accelerates building reliable data products that unlock insights, unleash AI value, and powers data-driven applications.
- Experience of carrying a quota at a SaaS company in the data platform, or cloud-based solution environments.
- Experience in calling on companies in the commercial segment up to 1,000 employees - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments.
- - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- - Proficiency in CRM (eg.
- Salesforce), sales automation tools (eg.
- Apollo) - Appetite for innovation in redefining sales processes leveraging AI tools (eg.
- Familiarity with data orchestration, analytics, or Airflow-related technologies
