- Reporting Provide regularly, necessary qualitative and quantitative reports to management on sales and stock as well as feedback on customers for their preferences etc. to facilitate decision making.
- Quality Control and Consultant Ensures quality of eye measurements.
- Regularly audits fitments and dispensing techniques of Opticians and maintains reports.
- This role is the point of escalation for Opticians for cases which require higher consultaion.
