Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Design and develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and related technologies.
- Design robust APIs and build scalable microservices that integrate with databases and event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Drive architectural discussions and make technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Own major product features end-to-end, from design through deployment and operational support.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational best practices.
- Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

- You will work across the full technology stack—building scalable backend services, modern user experiences, and cloud-native solutions.
- experience building production-grade applications across both frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or Node.js. Strong hands-on
- experience with React and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience designing and building REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures. Hands-on
- experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions across teams. Preferred
- Experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products.
- Experience driving architectural improvements and reducing technical debt. Familiarity with observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and production operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives in Agile environments.
