Additional details
- The facilities and Administration team of the Uganda country program is responsible for ensuring the office is well maintained, cleaned, well aerated, with proper lighting.
- The team supports with booking domestic and international travel for staff, manages the country program store records and also forms part of the country office safety and security management team.
- Support from the intern: The intern will support the oversight of the facilities cleaning team Update office stores' records on a weekly basis Organise staff travel and accommodation Liaise with vehicle service providers to secure vehicles for staff travels Prepare the travel charge list report at the end of every month.
- Description of the learning objectives and goals of the internship: At the end of the internship, the intern should be able to maintain store records by updating and reconciling them appropriately.
- The intern should also be able to interact with service providers, e.g., when placing orders, and be able to reconcile monthly bills and reports.
