Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory trends and identify risks impacting inventory accuracy and availability.
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions.
- Coordinate inventory-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support external and internal audits by providing inventory documentation and analysis.

Requirements
- Experience Required Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or similar technical discipline. 2+ years of
- experience managing inventory control within operations covering both 3PL and in house operations. Proficient with Microsoft applications.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems. Fluency in English Preferred
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plus.

- We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. Main Locations of this role will be in our warehouses in Venray and Roermond. Let's talk
- The role ensures that inventory records between ResMed ERP systems and 3PL warehouse systems are regularly reconciled, accurate, and properly investigated when differences occur.
- You will work closely with internal teams and 3PL partners to identify inventory discrepancies, drive corrective actions, and help prevent any impact on customers or patients.
- The position also supports stock transfers between European warehouses, monitoring of aging, expired and obsolete stock, disposal coordination, and cycle count activities in line with ResMed

- Responsibilities Ensure that the inventory reconciliation process between the ResMed ERP System and the 3PL WMS is performed on regular basis Pro-actively investigate reconciliation differences and work with the cross functional teams within ResMed and 3PL to ensure corrective actions are performed in a timely basis.
- Arranging stock transfers between warehouses Monitoring aging, expired and obsolete stock in EMEA Warehouses Coordinating disposal process in EMEA Warehouses Ensure Cycle Counts are performed in line with ResMed requirements.
