- Responsibilities Configure, test, and validate lead integrations between Goosehead systems and partner platforms Ensure lead data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems Monitor lead flow during onboarding and post-launch to identify issues related to volume, latency, duplication, or data quality Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with partners, Engineering, and Data teams Support partner implementations by providing technical expertise related to APIs, data
Requirements
- Job Summary The Sr. Technical Implementation Specialist is on the Implementation “GO” Team, and is primarily responsible for ensuring leads from partners are coming in accurately and with the required information to make them actionable from a marketing and conversion perspective.

- This role focuses on the technical configuration, validation, and ongoing optimization of lead integrations, working closely with partners and internal teams to ensure leads are delivered correctly, routed properly, and meet quality standards.
- The Technical Implementation Specialist supports partner implementations from a technical perspective and helps ensure partners are set up for success from day one.
