- experience in Technical Enablement, Program Management, or customer-facing technical roles (SE, SA, or Professional Services).
- experience with Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS), Cloud Security, or Edge Computing. You should be able to "talk shop" with engineers while teaching a beginner.
- experience creating structured learning paths and hands-on lab environments.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to navigate a complex global organization and gain buy-in from senior Sales and Engineering leadership.
- experience managing teams or leading high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Sales Literacy: Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and the ability to weave these into a technical curriculum.
