Requirements
- experience Demonstrates exceptional aesthetic judgment and creative range in their portfolio Has led the design of real, multi-page marketing websites (not just mockups or product UI) Is an advanced Figma user with proven systems and component ownership Understands conversion-driven marketing design Has
- experience collaborating with developers and CMS environments Thinks in design systems and scalable frameworks Is self-directed and capable of owning projects end-to-end Not a good fit if: Portfolio is primarily social posts, brochures, or static assets
- Experience is primarily enterprise product UI without marketing application Work shows repetitive layouts with limited creative exploration Web examples are limited to thumbnails or PDFs without live experience Portfolio
