Requirements
- You will manage lead retrieval tools on-site and ensure timely, accurate import of leads into Salesforce, with proper attribution tagging.
- experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally within B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech - Proven track record of executing conferences and events end-to-end with minimal oversight — you are someone who owns the checklist and the outcome - Hands-on
- experience with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform) and Salesforce, including lead import, campaign attribution, and post-event nurture workflows -
- Experience with lead retrieval tools (e.g., Cvent, Popl, Blinq, Bizzabo, Exhibitview, or badge scanners) is a plus, but not required - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without dropping details - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills - A collaborative, low-ego working style — you're as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on-site as you are building a post-event report - Ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution Location
Benefits
- PAY TRANSPARENCY The estimated starting annual base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $115,000 USD.
- The listed range is a guideline from Pave https://www.pave.com/ data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
