- Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support Mistral AI’s compliance and regulatory efforts by being the product, engineering and public affairs teams' closest partner and advisor.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping AI compliance, tackle cutting-edge regulations, influence the future of AI, and collaborate directly with our engineering, science, public affairs and product teams at the heart of a rapidly evolving industry.
- responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams in close partnership with engineering, science and product teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in the development and deployment of AI technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest AI-related legal and regulatory developments, and provide practical guidance to the organization on potential risks, solutions and opportunities.
- Provide training and support to the business on legal and compliance matters related to AI.
- Help drafting terms and other contractual materials, or negotiate contracts with upstream partners or suppliers, including but not limited to AI-related service agreements.
- Background : Master degree in law, a bar admission is a plus, as well as an
- experience in a fast-growing environment
- experience in a law firm or in a tech company, in IT law
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence: An understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications is essential
