Responsibilities
- Manage Commission and Bonus Accruals.
- Manage Payroll Compliance - TDS/ PF/ PT payments, TDS/ PF/ PT Returns.
- Prepare Payroll Reconciliations between BambooHR (HRIS), GreytHR and NetSuite to ensure accuracy of gross-to-net calculations.
- Coordinate with Payroll vendors, People team (BambooHR), and India tax advisors on compliance and employee-related queries.
- Maintain Payroll Schedules and Disclosures for Audit.
- Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations.
- Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements.
- Manage prepaids and fixed assets accounting, depreciation schedules, and asset reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook.
- Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules.
- Maintain India tax compliance documentation and transfer pricing records.
- Perform multi-entity reconciliations across India entities and consolidated books. Who you are
Requirements
- Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side.
- experience in related finance roles, with a solid understanding of multi-currency, multi-entity accounting principles.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and have hands-on
- experience with NetSuite and payroll software such as Greythr, ADP, or similar tools, including payroll processing, benefit accruals, statutory compliance, and gross-to-net calculations.
- You are a Qualified CA with 4+ years of experience, a Semi-Qualified CA with 5+ years, or hold a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of
- experience in Accounting, Finance, and Payroll Management. Prior
- experience managing end-to-end India payroll operations including PF, gratuity, and income tax compliance. Hands-on
- experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations across geographies.
- Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation and cross-border tax compliance frameworks. •
- Experience working in Global Startups. You will thrive in this role if
