Responsibilities
- - Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of IP-focused agreements, including licensing, partnership, brand, and marketing agreements.

- We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
- This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to operate across multiple time zones, partnering closely with stakeholders to enable commercial initiatives while managing IP and brand risk.
- Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines.
- We act as trusted partners to the business, with a strong commercial mindset and a particular focus on enabling scalable licensing models, protecting intellectual property, and supporting go-to-market activities.
- Who you are - Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country. - Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
- experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel. - Strong
- You have a keen interest in AI and legal tech, and you are eager to learn and apply these tools in real-world settings.
