Responsibilities

- Build repeatable diligence and integration playbooks that improve with every deal.
- Coordinate function owners across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and GTM, and drive trade-offs to decisions.
- Track integration progress and retention, and communicate risks and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

- Partner with deal teams from diligence onward: assess integration readiness, flag people, product, and operational risks, and give go/no-go input before signing.
Experience with talent- and product-driven acquisitions, where retention of the acquired team defines success. - Strong operating judgment and the ability to move fluidly between strategy and execution. - Executive presence and backbone: you build trust quickly and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority. - Comfort building structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

WHAT YOU BRING - 8+ years of experience, with at least 2 years leading M&A integrations hands-on. - A path that combines analytical training with operating

Strong Candidates May Also - Have cross-border deal experience, including employment, equity, and entity questions. - Bring the technical fluency to evaluate technical organizations and work credibly with engineering and product leadership. - Have built integration playbooks, templates, or repeatable processes from scratch. - Come from a startup or hyper-growth environment.
