Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts: Own relationships with high-value clients, from first meeting through long-term service.
- Lead strategy: Identify growth opportunities, craft territory plans, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate: Partner with project managers, design teams, and executive leadership to ensure flawless execution.
- Drive growth: Build and expand relationships with builders, architects, and designers in your territory.
Requirements
- Strong network of builder, architect, and designer relationships—or the ability to build them quickly.
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with high-touch clients.
- Big impact: As a senior sales leader, your results will directly shape revenue and client experience in your territory.
Experience
- Qualifications: 5+ years of proven sales success in luxury residential, design/build, or related industries (AV, smart home, interior design, or high-end real estate preferred).
