Responsibilities

- Qualifications Required ● Proficiency in managing and configuring enterprise-level applications, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, HRIS applications, etc. ● Expertise in configuring and customizing application settings, including user roles, permissions, workflows, security settings, fields, page layouts, and automation tools. ● Capability to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, efficiency gains, and user
- Preferred ● Master’s degree in engineering, technology or related discipline. ● Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to manage the development and deployment processes effectively. ●
- Experience implementing or supporting system integrations ● Application-specific certifications and/or training completion acknowledgements demonstrating advanced proficiency ● Thorough understanding of best practices related to development, deployment, change management, and version control ●
- Experience in mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, and sharing expertise to foster skill development within the team.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
