Responsibilities
- requirements Support special projects and portfolio optimization initiatives
- Maintain and update real estate portfolio records, including leases, contracts, and property data Track critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, rent escalations) and ensure timely action Assist in lease administration, including document preparation, review, and compliance tracking Coordinate communication with landlords, tenants, brokers, and legal teams Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the real estate portfolio Prepare reports and dashboards on portfolio
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred) 1–3 years of
- experience in real estate, property management, lease administration, or a related role Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with real estate or lease management software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of lease terms and real estate financial concepts Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Experience supporting multi-site or corporate real estate portfolios Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits as needed Standard business hours, with flexibility based on project demands This position will play a critical role in helping us make informed and intelligent decisions that will shape our real estate portfolio for years to come!
