- You will partner directly with General Managers to find high performing operators that will partner directly with the leading AI Labs in the world, playing an instrumental role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles - Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems, identify key metrics, and make data-driven decisions - High motor, outcome oriented approach; Mercor is in hypergrowth and hiring is viewed as a key strategic driver of that growth - Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently with General Managers, Account Leads and internal leadership - Familiarity with a range of roles, ideally with some mastery of technical roles such as
