Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team while balancing resources effectively. •
- Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies. •
- Build and cultivate senior client and agency relationships, acting as an advocate for Reddit and your team with executive stakeholders. •
- Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resource allocation, and strategic planning. •
Requirements
- With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and use deep market knowledge to further develop your team and sharpen go-to-market strategy. •
- Develop a deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising platform and translate client and market feedback into opportunities for product and revenue growth. •
- experience in digital media sales and/or marketing. •
- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships. •
- Experience across both brand and direct-response marketing objectives. •
- In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
Experience
