Responsibilities
- What You'll Be Doing Supervise daily underground mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production Coordinate workforce activities, equipment usage, and material flow to meet output targets Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and drive a strong safety culture Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to optimize operations What Are We Looking For Blasters and Mine Foreman
Requirements
- The position requires hands-on leadership presence in the field and the ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts mostly days but may flex as needed to support operations.
