Responsibilities

Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through effective product and service recommendations.
Investigate and help customers problem-solve therapy and equipment issues.
Conduct customer follow-up calls to support therapy compliance, discuss trial outcomes and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the clinic is presented to a high standard at all times.
Manage stock levels, inventory control and replenishment.
Maintain, prepare and check trial devices and equipment to ensure they are customer-ready.
Drive sales success by achieving targets and contributing to clinic growth.
Handle POS transactions and administration accurately and efficiently.
Ensure trial equipment is maintained, checked and ready for customer use.

Stay ahead of the game by completing product training and sharing your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and adapt your approach to different customers.
Experience with Salesforce or Shopify is highly regarded.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
