Responsibilities

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders - Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modifications as needed - Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community - Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure effective

Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field - Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - Current licensure in behavior analysis in Kentucky - Minimum of 2 years of
experience in behavior analysis and intervention - Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting functional assessments, developing behavior plans, and analyzing data - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds -
