Responsibilities
- - Conduct final checks and diagnostics on critical mechanical components, including propulsion systems, drive shafts, motors, actuators, and structural assemblies.
- - Ensure all mechanical systems meet performance, safety, and compliance standards before vessels are shipped to clients.
Requirements
- experience in mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and final inspection of complex mechanical systems.
- experience in a mechanical technician or similar role, ideally in a high-tech manufacturing environment (experience with autonomous systems or defense technologies is a plus). - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, assembly processes, and troubleshooting techniques. - Proficiency with mechanical testing tools (e.g., torque wrenches, hydraulic presses, vibration analyzers). - Hands-on
- experience with mechanical assembly, testing, and maintenance of complex systems. - Familiarity with industry standards for mechanical safety and compliance (e.g., ASME, MIL-STD). - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality mechanical systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. -
- Experience working with autonomous systems, unmanned vehicles, or defense technologies. - Knowledge of mechanical software tools for system diagnostics and testing. - Familiarity with the assembly and integration of propulsion and power transmission systems in unmanned vehicles.
