Responsibilities
- - Oversee user access, account provisioning, and identity management across platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
- - Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies are in place.
- - Monitor and optimize hardware and software performance, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- - Implement and enforce IT security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure). - Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM) tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud). - Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM platforms). - Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust security models. -
