  • The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, proactive, and experienced working on projects involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Slack, without requiring hands-on configuration or development experience in those tools. RESPONSIBILITIES -
  • - Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and collaboration platform teams.
  • QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of
  • experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments. - Strong
  • experience working on Agile or Scrum-based projects. - Demonstrated
  • experience supporting projects that involved Salesforce, MuleSoft, and or Slack, without a requirement for hands-on system configuration or development. - Proven ability to write clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. -
  • Experience partnering closely with technical teams, architects, and integration partners. - Familiarity with Agile and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. - Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving gaps. - Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
