Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth (GTV, TRE): Create and maximize revenue for the business by identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that deliver measurable value.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and successfully establish new, innovative collaborations that maximize and expand opportunities for both brands and publishers.
- Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term, high-level relationships with brand, agency, and publisher decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Proactively seek and manage new projects in collaboration with Product, Marketplace, and Strategy teams, focusing on technology partner integrations and resolving marketplace pain points (e.g., finance reporting, insights).
- Support the Sales Cycle: Get involved early in the sales process to provide pitch support for AEs & BDRs, using publisher expertise to craft relevant, winning recommendations for prospects and enterprise brands. What You Bring:

- experience with the impact.com platform from both advertiser and Partner perspectives:
- experience with other affiliate networks is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create significant revenue and growth through strategic relationship management and data-driven decisions (focus on GTV/TRE).
- Strong understanding of publisher/partner business models and the ability to connect brand challenges with appropriate partnership solutions.
- experience successfully liaising between sales, customer success, and product teams.
- A proactive, project-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify, scope, and execute new business development opportunities independently.
