Director Corporate Economic Development - Transmission

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective relationships with key senior-level internal and external decision makers within targeted industry and market sectors as well as the site selection vendors.

Responsibilities Utilize advanced knowledge of the company's transmission product/service solution capabilities, consultative selling skills and understanding of the customer's business in order to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions and successfully sell the organization's capabilities.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Behavioral, Political Science or a related field required.
experience in customer account management, business development, sales, and or marketing required. At least 5 years in a market development position and 5 years of utility company
experience preferred. Requires the ability to apply consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions for large/high value customers. Preferred
experience in business-to-business (B2B) infrastructure development . Demonstrated
experience in Transmission Planning and/or Utility Planning.

Non-Bargaining The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $148,400.00 to $210,733.00 per year This position is eligible for the following
