We’re looking for organic/inorganic chemistry specialists who live and breathe reaction mechanisms, coordination chemistry, stereoselective synthesis, catalysis, main group chemistry, ligand design, redox chemistry, crystal field theory, and spectroscopy.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model on chemical synthesis strategies and theoretical chemistry questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
