Responsibilities
- Champion a delivery model aligned to implementation milestones, go-live readiness, and client commitments—identify risks and gaps proactively, escalating and addressing them with guidance from leadership Technical Expertise & Delivery Develop subject matter expertise in provider data requirements, UM applications, partner integrations, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
- Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization, grooming, and sprint planning activities.
- Support engineering with file transfer processes, data analysis, mapping requirements, and provider network design.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to synthesize requirements, identify gaps, and improve documentation quality and speed.
- Oversee technical specifications, release notes, and training materials.
- Own user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with implementation
- Influence outcomes and drive alignment across stakeholders, even in complex or competing-priority environments.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to modernize tools, workflows, and architecture.
Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter, proactively identifying problems and driving solutions with minimal oversight.
- Experience or interest in using AI/LLM tools to support
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio). Preferred Experience &
- Qualifications Advanced degree in a technical or related field. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar.
- Experience writing product documentation (release notes, user guides). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
