Requirements
- experience in facilities management, delivering maintenance and small works in line with industry standards, alongside a strong track record of managing hard FM services within a large, complex organisation.
- experience in budget control and monitoring across multiple cost centres, ensuring effective use of resources while maintaining high operational standards across facilities.
- You also have a solid understanding of project management techniques and methodologies as applied to facilities environments, enabling you to successfully plan and deliver works projects, complemented by detailed knowledge and practical
- experience of Building Management Systems (BMS).
