Responsibilities

Develop and execute training programs to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness of clients or athletes.
Monitor and evaluate clients’ performance and progress, providing necessary adjustments to training plans.
Maintain clear and accurate records of training sessions and client progress. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
Current BLS certification. Requirements
Knowledge —Strong understanding of strength and conditioning principles.
Training conducted in diverse environmental conditions, including outdoor settings with varying climates.
Ability to work in spaces with potential exposure to noise and movement-related hazards. Physical Demands
