Responsibilities
- Own monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual commission payment cycles end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. •
- Own the Salesforce-to-Xactly data integration layer, managing crediting rules, order/opportunity mapping, and data validation workflows. •
- Drive continuous process improvements to reduce manual workflows, maintain comprehensive documentation, and mentor team members on compensation knowledge. About you
Requirements
- Operating within our Finance and Sales Operations functions, you will serve as the global subject matter expert for end-to-end commission operations, owning payment cycles, Xactly system configuration, Finance partnerships, and team-facing case resolutions with a high degree of autonomy.
- experience managing Salesforce CRM-to-Xactly data integrations and supporting a high-volume sales organization (250+ individuals). •
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and scenario modeling) alongside working knowledge of SOX compliance and month-end close processes. •
- Experience with Xactly Connect, ETL tools, BI platforms (like Tableau or Salesforce Reports), or a degree in Finance/Business is preferred.

- Partner with Finance and Payroll to validate, prepare, and submit payroll files, support month-end close accruals, and maintain SOX-compliant audit trails. •
