Responsibilities

Validate access to required tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, email, CRM).
Support candidates in performing simple computer tasks like opening attachments, downloading files, and installing software.
Collaborate with recruiting and onboarding teams to support interpreter readiness.
Support Testing Team admin, to include maintaining assessment bank, data entry for daily testing activities, and other tasks as needed. 3.0 REQUIRED SKILLS Entry-level role – prior tech support

Confirm candidates meet basic system requirements, including internet speed, headset functionality, and computer compatibility.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of using laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi connectivity, and simple troubleshooting.
Comfortable assisting individuals with varying levels of technical understanding. 4.0 DESIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE Familiarity with tools like Zoom, MS Teams, VPNs, or CRM platforms.
Experience working in a virtual or remote environment.

Accurately log all screening outcomes and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams.
Take inbound customer service or support calls as needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Clear and professional communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
