Responsibilities
- Coach the team in Lean and Agile product managerial and Agile technical practices to maintain sustainable, predictable, fast and adaptable delivery.
- Ensure all work items meet the Definition of Ready ( DoR ) and Definition of Done (DoD).
- Collaborate with the Product Agilist to ensure practices and processes are consistent with organizational standards and framework .
- Guide the team in risk management, including mitigation and contingency planning.
- Drive continuous improvement, advancing team maturity and agility.
- Maintain transparency of progress, impediments, and risks through effective reporting and metrics.
- Foster a collaborative environment that values feedback, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach, Service Delivery Manager, or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and associated product, process and technical practices.
- Experience working within a team-of-teams ( e.g.
- Ability to coach stakeholders, leaders, and team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and Inspect & Adapt techniques.
- Experience in product development (both new product introduction and sustaining), distinct from IT services or bespoke software development. Proven
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or other fast-paced technology industries.
- Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
