- Job Summary The Technical Trainer plans, prepares and delivers training programs to meet the development needs of the employees.
- Provides quality, timely and innovative training curriculum, including but not limited to: safety and applications along with training within Gas Operations job classifications.
- Builds and maintains working relationships with operations, construction, engineering, customer operations, etc. while meeting their business needs.
- Takes actions to ensure employees are properly prepared to work safely, effectively and in compliance with all Regulatory, OSHA and industry requirements.
- This role also makes final determination on employee training and work readiness/progression status.
- Works together with field operations and On the Job Trainers to determine employee competency to determine and deliver competency training as needed.
