- Expected Salary Range $70,000.00 - $106,000.00

- JOB SUMMARY ONEOK is seeking a Plant Operator who will be responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of the Sage Creek Plant, ensuring equipment and processes run efficiently to meet continuous production demands.
- This role supports plant operations that run 24/7, 365 days a year, requiring operators to monitor systems, assist with troubleshooting compressors and pumps, and help maintain overall plant performance.
- The Plant Operator will collaborate closely with experienced operations team members to execute daily
- responsibilities and maintain operational continuity.
- Operators work a 7-days-on / 7-days-off schedule and rotate between Days (5 a.m. – 5 p.m.), Mids (11 a.m. – 11 p.m.) and Nights (5 p.m. – 5 a.m.), and must be adaptable to varying shifts and conditions, including travel during inclement weather.
- This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability, with an emphasis on learning and developing technical skills on the job.
- experience is not required, candidates should demonstrate a willingness to be trained and grow within the role.
- This role is based at the Sage Creek Plant in Glenrock, Wyoming, and is an on-site position.
