Requirements

  • The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is a critical hands-on role responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the core Salesforce platform and its associated business applications, including both Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

  • WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Platform Configuration & Maintenance: Lead the daily administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform.
  • - Salesforce CPQ Management (Preferred): Configure, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce CPQ application, including product rules, pricing rules, guided selling, and quote templates to support an efficient quoting process.
  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMPLISH THE JOB Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.

  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules).
  • Strong proficiency in data management, security settings, and implementing governance standards.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a strong plus.
