Responsibilities
- - Own best-in-class execution of all client tasks, requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- - Ensure Savvy is adhering to all required compliance policies and procedures.
- - Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative support of Savvy wealth managers, providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.
- - Create and maintain client data in Salesforce and other systems.
- Must Have: - 2+ years of
- experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer including
- experience interacting directly with clients AND advisors.
- - Strong technical skills in Google Suite applications--Word, Excel, and Powerpoint-- and familiarity with the MS Office equivalents.
- - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Nice to have: - Series 7 and 66 or Series 65 licenses. - BA/BS degree in finance, economics, or related field. - Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP, CPA, CFA - Prior
- experience using Salesforce - Prior
- experience working with custodians such as Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or Pershing Advisor Services
