  • Drive Acquisition of Marquee Brands Identify, prioritize, and win new or revived high-value marquee brands within the assigned Luzon territory Build and maintain a strong acquisition pipeline through strategic prospecting, account research, and opportunity mapping Engage key decision-makers through consultative client conversations, compelling presentations, and tailored commercial proposals Execute targeted sales plans to convert priority accounts and accelerate Prime Plus growth in the Philippines
  • Retain and Grow Existing Top Brands Manage and retain a defined portfolio of existing marquee brands, ensuring strong renewal outcomes and sustained revenue contribution Build strategic account plans that strengthen customer relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and reduce churn risk Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, business priorities, and evolving talent challenges Drive upsell, cross-sell, and deeper product adoption by aligning SEEK solutions to client goals Proactively
